Refund and Return Policy

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the extreme conditions such as-
  • The product is clearly Damage/ defective/received wrong product.
  • The product received doesn’t match the images in terms of design as seen on website.
  • The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.
  • Your return/exchange request should be sent by contacting through whatsapp no. 8076069091 or emailing at viventefab@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with corresponding images of the defect if any.
  • The exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained.
  • If you receive a package that appears to have been tempered, you are advised not to accept such parcel and DON’T open the package.
  • Once the Vivente Fab Team approves the item to be returned then the customer returning the item are to be  unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made..

NOTE:  Don't accept the order if the packaging is torn or in bad state

CANCELLATION

If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, we will accept the cancellation and will refund the amount to the buyer within a reasonable period of time. In such cases any transaction fees charges by bank or third party will be deducted by Vivente Fab and balance amount will be refunded to the buyer.

Please Note: Vivente Fab may not able to cancel to the order once shipped or in transit.

Shipping policy

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. We ship the order within 4 to 5 working days from the order placement date or otherwise as mentioned for the product. There may be some delay in shipping, Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Shipping within India is FREE for all orders.

Once the packet is shipped it takes around 4 to 5 working days to reach you.
